These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and [Legal Entity] (“Sigra”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Sigra application and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Medical disclaimer & assumption of risk

Sigra provides general fitness information and AI-generated training suggestions, not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any program; stop and seek care for pain or injury. Physical training carries inherent risks of injury. You participate voluntarily and assume all risk arising from following any plan, workout, or suggestion provided through Sigra.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Sigra. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Subscription & billing

  • Sigra Pro is offered at $9.99/month or $59/year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
  • Unless you cancel during the trial, your subscription starts automatically and renews at the end of each billing period.
  • You can cancel anytime through the customer portal (Account → Manage subscription). Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change on renewal with prior notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent limits on the AI or other features.
  • Share your account or resell access to the service.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone’s rights.
  • Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

AI-generated content

Coaching suggestions, weekly reviews, and generated plans are produced by an AI model and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are general information only, not professional, medical, or personalized advice. Use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals before acting on them.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigra and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Sigra and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
